Mentors / mentees must register and enter the topics that they are interested in
We will do a compatibility analysis and pair a mentor with a mentee of the same interest (within 5 working days)
Mentees may choose one out of several mentors we have recommended
We will introduce each mentor to each mentee as well as arranging the mentoring session schedule
Mentees will be able to find solutions to self-development challenges; and both mentors and mentees can become the better versions of themselves
